Important Information:

* Roaster and Office Hours
-Monday to Friday: 9 am to 3 pm
-Closed on weekends and holidays.
-Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.
-Holiday Periods: Please plan to order in advance during festive or holiday seasons, as delays may occur due to increased order volume.

* Local Delivery:
-Enjoy free local and BC delivery on orders over $100 (excluding green beans). Subscriptions are included!
-The minimum order for local delivery is 2 lbs, with a $2.00 delivery fee for orders under $100.
-Orders are processed within 48 business hours after roasting, including preparation and scheduling of the driver’s route.
* Shipping:
-Free Canada-wide shipping on orders over $150 (excluding green beans). Subscriptions are included!
-USA orders: A flat shipping fee of $30 applies.
-Green beans: Shipping charges apply.
